Yes. Sessions can be moved around your club schedule, work and college. You will also have additional speed, conditioning, recovery and prehab options that can be plugged in when needed.
No. Performance Club is built for committed club players. You don't need an inter‑county training history to benefit from structured testing and progressive training.
Most plans you'll have tried were static, built once and never adjusted. Performance Club is tested and reviewed at the end of each phase, so the training changes based on what's actually happening with you.
2–3 structured sessions a week, built with your team load already factored in. It's not extra fatigue stacked on top of what you're already doing.
No. The programme develops strength, speed, power, plyometric ability, conditioning and robustness through gym and pitch sessions. The goal is to improve the physical qualities that transfer to GAA, not just to lift heavier weights.
Flag it in your weekly check‑in and your track gets adjusted around it. Minor niggles and exercise substitutions are handled as part of the programme. Performance Club isn't a rehab service, so if you're carrying something serious you should be working with a physio alongside your training, but nothing about the programme assumes you're 100% fit all the time.
Yes. The programme progresses with the GAA calendar. Training volume, exercise selection and conditioning will change as team training increases, so you are not left following an off-season plan during pre-season.
