I'm Kevin O'Brien, a certified Strength and Conditioning coach and I also run Humans of Gaelic Games.

As well as online coaching, I currently work as S&C coach with the Tullamore senior footballers, who completed the Offaly three-in-a-row in 2025.

I also host the Humans of Gaelic podcast where I interview players and coaches on topics related to the human side of elite performance in the GAA.

I’ve won three Offaly SFC titles as a player with Tullamore. I worked as a GAA correspondent in the national media for seven years and wrote my first book in 2022.
